"Made this my home for almost a week and the staff was 👏 amazing. The door men greeted us daily and were so kind to us. Housekeeping was friendly and great at their job! Front desk accommodated our late check in and were so nice which is a big contrast from the rest of the city. Definitely will return. Great location to the studios and broadway and times square. Great location 👌 "

"It was a nice hotel located in a great area and would overall recommend. However, I was disappointed as I had a family next to me that had children running around from 11pm - 2am every night. I finally called the front desk to see if they could please reach out and nicely ask the folks next store to be mindful of the quiet hours.
