"We received a nice welcome at the reception desk and told we should be able to check in early so went to the bar and had a drink whilst we waited. The bar staff were quite chaotic and disorganized. When we entered our room it smelt very musty almost as though someone has been smoking in the room. We were impressed by the comfort of the room but it had no view. "Could not be faulted, lovely from the moment we arrived. Hotel staff all very attentive and clearly happy to be there! Would highly recommend as so well situated for everything you would like to do when in Windsor. "
