"Property was right across from Windsor Castle which was great. Facia was being renovated so there was scaffolding in front, but it did not affect our view. There were some minor issues on check in, the shower head was a little awkwardly positioned, and they did not have a do not disturb sign for the handle. We asked for our room to not be cleaned, but it was cleaned."

"Das Apartment #22 war schlicht eingerichtet aber sehr modern und man konnte alles vorfinden, was man braucht. Leider ist die Gegend rund um das Haus etwas mies und wir erlebten in der zweiten Nacht einige wilde Sachen - auch im Haus gab es mehrere Vorfälle. Das Einchecken bzw. Abholen der Schlüssel ist auch etwas mühsam, da man diese in einem Store etwa 5-10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt abholen muss."

"Was meant to be a king bed but was a very small single. Poor soundproofing so hard to sleep as other residents were still up. Owner was helpful in the lead up to check in. Did the job but somewhat disappointing. "

"Absolutely terrible properyt wasn’t as the way it was shown in the pictures the floors were dirty the walls had disgusting stains to top it off the apartment had a really bad smell had to go out to get some air fresheners I booked for 2 nights but checked out after one due to the state of the place "

"Burnham beaches cancelled my booking with only 14 hours before we were settinf off. This caused a huge amount of stress as we had a huge amount of things booked which couldbt be changed and this was one booking in a row of many others down south. "

"Booked this apartment for a business trip and description advertised free parking. On arrival discovered there is no parking. Managed to lock myself out of the apartment whilst struggling with bags. Called the helpline and was told I would have to wait until the next morning for someone to let me in (most of my bags were locked in the apartment). Had to book premier inn for the night and returned to get back in the next day. Police were trying to get into the apartment next door. Suspect...
