Very large estate which you need a map to get around. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, buffet style. Didn't have time to see the whole place as I only stayed one night. The only negative was the place was a bit austere and felt more like a campus.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a good choice for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location. Our only negatives were that the bedroom was very hot during the night with only a fan to cool the room down and sadly outside the patio doors we could see a lot of a litter. These two points would not deter us from staying at the hotel again.

Stunning estate. Staff is pleasant, and the hotel was extremely clean and well managed. We were able to enjoy the pool in the evening which was a huge plus. The bed was a great size. Obviously the area doesn’t need commenting, just a classic that people should visit once in their lives.

Looks better online. We had a few issues which the staff kindly sorted but it was very inconvenient. Lockers in gym/pool need urgent attention. All broken in both male & female. Pool water was a nice temperature. We had to change room due to other residents smoking. Restaurant & bar average. Grounds are nice but basic rooms let it down. Family room - pull out chair bed needs better mattress. However main bed is very big.

We stayed one night- when visiting Windsor. Best hotel to stay in that is close by to the castle- the estate is beautiful, the facilities are all clean and modern. It’s only a couple of minutes drive to the centre! Staff were lovely and helpful.
