"The first property we had was clean but had some drainage issues, we spoke to staff that were helpful and friendly and they promptly moved us to another lodge. All the area is very clean and tidy, i love the mini play areas in each section and all the lego models around the walking areas. The lodges are lovely inside "

"It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. It’s a perfect location for Windsor town centre and for going across the river to Eton. The Brasserie served a lovely breakfast and you can have a riverside view too. The staff were very helpful and did everything you’d want them to. Will definitely stay again. "

"Close to Legoland Windsor, Caroline has created a comfortable, stylish, yet homely bed and breakfast. We stayed in the lodge where we had kitchen facilities which was well equipped. Spacious bedroom/living area. Popped over the road to the pub for pudding and a sneaky drink. The following morning, we were greeted with a smile and an array of continental offerings to start before tucking into a great cooked breakfast with beautifully poached eggs. Great stay."

"We had a wonderful stay. Our family was within walking distance as well as many of the things we did during the stay. There was plenty of room for our teenage girls to have their own space when needed. I would recommend a few more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen and throw blankets for laying around watching tv. Had to borrow some from my mother in law. Tom was quick with answering questions as well. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This was also not known before booking Whilst the access is ok for a residential property it almost certainly does not meet the legislative requirements for a shared room let (multiple occupation). I banged my head several times In the case of a fire, escape would be severely restricted. There was no fire escape plans or smoke alarms on the top floor, breaching further legislation Parking nearby was impossible The low height in the shower also made me bang my head On arrival, it was almost impossible to get the key because the alley is too dark. A light sensor is required not a timer. The room was not ready with dirty sheets and towels There were no internet instructions and as a result I missed an important meeting as I got them too late The phone number provided was incorrect The shower overflows creating effectively a pond that I had to mop up every morning The owner rudely suggested I cancel the booking and go to the Travel Lodge saying I got a good deal"
