"The service was above expectations. My room got upgraded. There is a crossing guard to assist with leaving the resort to get to the beach. Breakfast was delicious. Truly enjoyed the stay!"

La ubicación es perfecta, y no es ruidoso para estar en Patong -como uno se imagina-; me Encantó todo, la cercanía a la playa tan solo cruzando la calle, el recién inaugurado club Endless Summer está hermoso, buena música, buen ambiente. Del otro lado por la Rat Uthit Song Road se puede caminar a muy buenos restaurantes y cerca al Jungceylon. Si hay disponibilidad el upgrade de habitación es increíble. Y por supuesto el desayuno ni que hablar, excelente con muchísimas opciones, cocina local, western, chinese, Hindi. El customer service de todos sus colaboradores perfecto como siempre. Es por lejos el Mejor hotel en Patong. "

" Jelaporn and I have visited Phuket on several occasions. The Centsra Grand Beach Resort on Karon Beach is a facility where all aspects are of superior quality. Karon Beach is beautiful, large.and uncrowdrd. Soft sand with an easy incline that facilitates entry to the ocean for every age. The campus here is expansive. There is a water park that winds through the grounds complete with waterfalls, slides and tubing canals. There is a large family pool, a kiddie pool and an adults only pool. These facilities are surrounded by restaurants and beverage bars that accomodate both casual dining and formal fare. Drinks vary from traditional cocktails, specialty fruit cocktails, wines and a variety of nonalcoholic beverages. We stayed at Centera Beach Resort for four days and three nights and never felt the need to leave the campus. The staff here is friendly and well spoken. Most are well versed in English and anxious to help."
