"Excellent boutique hotel. Top notch staff especially front door greeters Antonio & Vincent who both went the extra mile to ensure your needs were attended. Was upgraded to a suite when check-in was slightly delayed. The river view! The window seats! The varied lounging and dining options! Bed was cozy. Bathroom well appointed. Fireplace in lobby was perfect gathering place. Will return next time I'm in Chicago."
