"We enjoyed staying this hotel while visiting our family who lives nearby. The room was very clean and the location was very convenient. Various shops and restaurants are nearby and just off loop 101 and I -10. There was the dinning area at the lobby where you can have some meals and snack but they are not complimentary. Because the hotel is located right by loop 101, you could hear some loud noise of traffic at night. It didn’t bother us much but if you are sensitive to the noise, that’s...

"Sheets were gross. Told my son maybe the hair we found in sheets were from the maid. Room was clean though. It is next to highway so you do get alot of highway noise. Alot of trash laying around parking lot. Was cheap rate so not too disapointed."

"My wife injured her knees on her flight. We were booked on a second floor. On the second evening, I spoke to the front desk and they kindly moved my wife and I to a suite at no extra cost and even sent a bellman to assist us. Very kind of them. Made our last two days wonderful. Thank you very much. "
