"I recently had a disappointing experience at La Quinta. After a long journey, I arrived at 2:22 PM, only to be told by the front desk staff, Tobin, that I couldn’t check in until 3 PM. The response was unwelcoming, condescending, and bossy. When I asked if I could check in at 2:58 PM, I was sternly told “NO.” However, when I returned at 2:55 PM to get in line, she ( Robin) was accepting guests.
