"I had a great stay at this property. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The property is the perfect place for 1-2 people and has a lot of modern touches that make the stay feel like a nice place. It is also in a great location, and I did not hear anything from neighbors during my stay. "My spouse had a conference at the downtown Phoenix conference center. The location of this unit was perfect. We could walk to the grocery store, museums, shopping, and entertainment. The parking was so easy to access and for a downtown location, I felt safe in this area. There is a security guard in the lobby from late morning until 11pm, so that was nice as well. "Loved the unit (could use a bath mats). Checking in and out was great. Loved easy access to the convention center especially since we parked our car in the locked garage and walked everywhere. Great access to many places to eat as well. Very secure building with great amenities. Once we figured out which doors worked we didn't have any issues. We even enjoyed the hot tub! My only complaint was how uncomfortable the couch was, but it looks nice & bathrooms could use a bath mat for the cement...

"Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...
