This was my first time staying at a resort in the U.S. and the experience was great! The customer service was beyond my expectations and the food was fabulous, especially at the Different Pointe of View restaurant (where I got engaged, thank you waitstaff for making the experience incredible)!!! Also, the resort was situated in an ideal part of Pheonix, allowing us to venture off into the city to explore. Highly recommend!

The resort it self had a lot of amenities! We really liked the golf course, the many pools to choose from, and the tocaloma spa! Liz behind the Starbucks counter was absolutely amazing!!! I wish I could bring her to the Starbucks we go to everyday at home! She was so personable, and just a lovely person to start your day with when grabbing coffee!! Two minor things would be the resort could use a little updating in some parts such a the sunset pool, and just random areas needing attention. Another thing that would be helpful would be one more dining option for dinner that’s a little more on the cheaper side. We give the resort 5/5 still and will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Check in was easy and staff was helpful and went above and beyond. Offered us a late checkout and we had reserved a poolside room. He got us by the 21 and older pool area which was perfect. We ordered pizza and beer from the restaurant onsite and was delicious and delivered promptly. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was hot. Wish we could have spent more than 1 night.

This property was beautiful, in a great location, great staff. It is however in need of some repair and maintenance. The shower in our room took at least 5 minutes to warm up and most of the electrical outlets were very loose. Also the safe in the closet was not functional.

So beautiful! A tranquil oasis, wish the pool was heated just a bit more but it was amazing. People were swimming but I truly had a great time in the hot tubs! So many to choose from and so relaxing, actually felt like a resort! Especially for the price 10/10

The pool was a hit with the family and we loved the comfortable beds and the buffet breakfast. Proximity to hiking and biking trails was great!

While the property offers tons of amenities, and our room was spacious, we we’re dissatisfied with the lack of service and also because of the layout of the property, it was very difficult to get around due to all the hills and parking was very limited. We had our one year old baby and didn’t realize there were not elevators to get to our floor. Hiking the baby and the stroller up and down the stairs anytime we left our room was less than ideal. Maid never bothered making our bed even once during our 3 day staff. Carpets in room were a bit gross, they needed deep shampoo or replacement. We also found a very large cockroach (thankfully on day we were checking out). We had booked reservations at one of the restaurants for dinner but walked around the resort for 30 minutes, pushing a stroller up and down hills and still couldn’t find it. No sidewalks so also please be careful if walking around to pools or lobby with young children. We likely won’t be back.
