The room Reno’s are nice. Shuttle service was a definite plus. Rooms were under renovation upon arrival and got put directly under the drilling and hammering! Shortly after unpacking and organizing for the night we heard water dripping, the workers did something above us and caused a leak in the bathroom roof that was very extensive! We went to tell the front desk and got a room down the hall upstairs but neither front desk worker even came to the room to see what happened or offered assistance! Once we got our new room we had no water in that one. We decided to finally go for supper to relax and hope it would be turned on when we arrived and it was. Not happy customers

We stayed 2 nights prior to a flight out of Phoenix. It was great for this purpose and the free shuttle to the airport was really handy. Beds were comfortable. All in all, we would stay again for convenience of airport access.

This is a great hotel. I've now stayed at this property a total of 10 days within a month's time. Very clean, recently renovated and modernized, relatively quiet, and the staff are fantastic. I highly recommend it.

The property was clean but under construction. On Saturday, November 16, 2024, I was without water for over 3 hours. When I asked if they could switch me to another room that had water, they said the manager doesn’t allow that. I was upset hearing that there was no option for them to help me out. If the water didn’t come back within the time frame I needed, I would have left the hotel to find another place to stay at. Overall, the stay experience was decent along with free shuttle rides to airports and back.

We had experienced luke-warm hot water, and iron in room did not work, and continental breakfast was quite lame. Also depending upon your room on property, could be way in the back needing a vehicle to get to the front of the property, which parking could be limited.

The hotel was advertised as "newly remodeled" and it probably was. They were actually working on additional units across the parking lot from where my room was. Yes, it had been "updated" with fake wood-look flooring and the bathroom had updated shower (converted from tub) and sink amenities. Was any of it attractive? Not to my liking. The drapes were a bit short and didn't close all the way so the parking lot lights came into the room, as well as the sunlight. The noisy family upstairs wasn't quieted by the flooring and poor insulation. Perhaps better underlayment on the second floor would have helped. The parking lot was lit up like forever which was a comfort when I returned from a concert at 1 am. Although only one short block to the local Jack in the Box, I was advised not to walk it alone. EEK! Breakfast was kind of crappy but the Cranberry water was very good. Yukky defrosted frozen doughnuts, sugared cereal, unfriendly yogurt machine didn't make breakfast comforting or any good. The courtesy shuttle provided by the airport made a good pick up and drop off, saving a few bucks on Uber. Would I stay here again? No way, but, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Sorry this review wasn't better, but if I had read one similar prior to booking, I wouldn't be writing this one.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the entire area was very well lit, which was nice. But the surrounding area felt unsafe. That said, I didn't see anything that made me directly uncomfortable. But we didn't feel comfortable going out for dinner and returning later in the evening. The room was clean. It was odd that there was no door between the sleeping area and the bathroom sink area. Normally, that'd not be a big deal, but if one person needs to get up earlier than the other, there's no way to shield the light. Bedding was good. Towels very were thin, but clean. The shower was the equivalent of spitting. But it got the trick done, albeit longer than normal.

It was a quick stay! Switched hotels to be closer to airport as we had a 6am flight. Trying to return car rental & get to airport before 4am was looking grim otherwise. Rooms are remodeled or in the process of being remodeled. Free shuttle to the airport was key for this stay & departure time. Surrounding area was kinda sketchy but felt safe in room. Checked in at 3pm & out at 3am so like i said it was a quick stay!
