We didnt like that the bedding had NOT been changed. The person who brought clewn linens had delivered them all wound up in a ball and it was 2 top sheets. No fitted sheet & no blanket

I really liked SureStay. The rooms were clean and the property was well kept. After checking in my car wouldn’t start. One of the desk clerks had a portable battery charger and he tried to jump start my car. It didn’t work because the problem was the starter. I liked everything about the place especially the airport shuttle. The area around the motel is not the greatest but other than that I highly recommend it.

Beautifully renovated. Comfy beds,linens.Way too noisy for sleeping with planes,trains and automobiles all night long. Great breakfast and lovely latino lady ran the buffet. She made our day with her smile.

The staff were all very nice. I accidently latched the security lock thinking it would.prop my door but it slammed closed and I couldn't get back in with my key. The door security latch kept me from opening my own door..lol. But, I do have a huge suggestion. The Toilet paper dispensers have a metal.plate on them and I had a really hard time getting the to without hurting my hand. It's also way tooow! It should at least be at shouldernto eye level so we can getbthe tp.easier. It was a pain in the butt..so to speak!!

Free shuttle service to/from airport, airport close by, great breakfast included, large rooms with microwave, frig, heating/air, remodeled room and bathroom, nice furniture, very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. TV with many channel options. The area is quiet. Surrounding area not so nice, but there is a small grocery/dollar store nearby.

I did not like that they would charge you for a "stained" towel. Absurd! The cost to replace ridiculous. They did not state this on Expedia otherwise I would have not stayed at SureStay. I took a video of the room right when I stepped in and after my stay. I was scared to use the towels. When I checked out I overheard the staff asking a customer if they wanted the cleaning staff to check their towels and bedding. Again absurd and a waist of time for both the cleaners and the customer.

It was terribly loud! The sound transfer from upstairs to downstairs was awful i could hastings sleep! The breakfast was sub par as well. Staff was nice and helpful and the faculty was clean and updated. I would not stay here again though.

Stayed for 1 night. Property was clean, bed comfortable. Downside—We arrived early from our flight via shuttle without a car. Rooms were ready, but we were told we would have to pay an extra $25 to check in early. We own an Airbnb and would gladly allow a complementary early check in if the unit was ready. However, We really didn’t have a choice, since we were standing there with our bags and no where to safely store them. Also, there were no nearby conveniences like restaurants or stores to walk to. Lastly, there is a metal platform around the bed, which get inadvertently kicked and is startling, which seems like a poor design.
