I was staying at the property because a friend was using their timeshare. The staff was very polite and helpful. However, I was not pleased with my room. The sink did not drain. The toilet did not flush properly. I found a razor in my shower which made me wonder if they even cleaned the shower. The provided body wash was empty. And the door separating my room and the adjoining room had a gap underneath. Every morning my neighbors would get up early and start banging pots and dishes and speaking loudly so I was woken up early every morning. The bar and grill looked like a cafeteria but at least it had something since I had no car and local restaurants were not within walking distance. I probably would not stay there again.

It was a good stay. The fitness center is nice. Rooms are clean and food options decent in close vicinity to the resort. My only complaints are that the fitness center is not 24/7 and that the walls of the rooms are paper thin. You can hear the conversations of the next room through the walls which sucks if you end up next to night owls like I did. Had I not been kept up by the rooms next to me on multiple nights I'd give it five stars. Maybe just bring earbuds to be safe if you book here.

Property grounds are beautiful. My room (bed, kitchenette, bathroom) was very nice and comfortable. My only issues; the ceiling is so thin, you can hear everything from upstairs. Get a second floor unit if you want quiet and get new adjustable shower heads. At least it was good water pressure. It was very nice and comfortable though and I would definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about this Resort. The esthetics were on point. The water in my suite could have been a little hotter. And a lot of the outlets in my room didnt work. But over all that is the only thing wrong. The staff was amazing at check in/out. Property is absolutely beautiful.

I liked the property, beautiful location. Some things I did not like though is that the pool closed very early, 6pm is early for a resort. I came for work and planned to be in the pool after a long work day and was not able to due to early closure. Closet door was not closing easily, it felt like it would break, should have been repaired before a check in. Also suggest smart TV's so people can connect to their streaming devices.
