The property is very nice, this was my 3rd stay. My biggest complaint honestly is the toilet paper. A little better quality would be nice. The rooms are clean and well taken care of as well as well appointed. The beds are super comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for, the pools look fabulous! I will stay again when in the area.

We found bugs in the room as soon as we got there. They did switch the room for us, but that room had problems also. The bathroom sink leaked underneath and water all over the floor. It was not worth the money to stay there!

This property was 10/10. It was gorgeous. The pools, hot tub, the grounds, everything was great. Myself and two friends came from Boston to get away from the cold & the pools were heated. The room was a great size & had everything we needed. The staff were so nice & helpful. So close to old town Scottsdale, very central to everything. We will definitely be back.

I didn't like the fact that our room wasn't cleaned two days while we were there and we had to call for clean towels twice. I didn't like the fact that they never made or changed sheets on the rollaway bed all week.

This used to be a great place to stay but last year and this year the resort has gone down. They don't service the customer anymore. Poor quality facility.

The property is nice but not fabulous. The property is dated, I remember coming here as a young adult and it really stood out above it's competition. Now it seems to exist, at the rate paid it should offer more and it needs to update interiors and exteriors. Not a bad place but when your paying a top tier rate I would expect more. Thank you.
