"AC was my only complaint, soon as i mentioned it to management "Omar" he moved us to a better unit. The staff in general was great! I really enjoyed my stay. It's dead center in the middle of where i wanted to be. Times square, what a great experience!"

"Upon reading the reviews I was nervous to stay at pod 51, however they provided a great stay for my first trip to New York, they honestly couldn’t have made my stay any more comfortable. I would recommend and stay here again!"

"Hyatt went above my expectations although I thought it was closer to center of Times Square. It was only a 9 min walk daily. Clean rooms, not as spacious but if you know NY then you know no room Is super spacious in TS. Workers were pleasent and helpful. Breakfast was pack but flowed well."
