"My second time staying at the resort. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great and my team really enjoyed the 3 dining options along with the pool and beach. The spa is under Reno and they are offering in room services but what they don’t tell you is that your massage will be on your bed ( no travel bed) and cost the same. Just a heads up if you want the spa but otherwise this is a lovely option if you don’t want to go super luxury. "

"It was an amazing experience at Plantation Bay and any feedback I have does not reflect a negative view but for awareness. The no tipping policy is great and even without it the service is top notch. Very impressive. The food options feel somewhat limited and I wouldn’t say I would stay for the food. The best aspect of the food was the morning buffet and there are so many options and a theme each day changes. I would have preferred to have some more casual options with lower price points but...

"hotel is nice for the area and only that one can stay in there. but it is not very good standard, the bathroom is not equipped properly, the food is so so, there are cockroaches around, bed is very uncomfortable and linen was dirty and generally not that great place to stay any time. we had booking fro three nights however after first night we moved to Cebu, and left this unfortunate place to someone else :-) "
