"Amazed of the cleanliness, safety of the property, food was amazing, the only thing i have to comment was after checking in they the front desk gave us a coupon to eat dinner or lunch, so we did choose dinner , we went to the restaurant and got seated, there was a buffet i ask the waitress if we can start, she said to wait about 15 to 20 min we were waiting like a fool no water was served and still waiting until the waitress came back and said, we can order ala carte, my kids order and a guy...

"I stayed here before they have welcome drinks but this time no more even cold water since its so hot outside. Also the hotel is no longer on its good condition. I think the level of service and hotel condition has downgraded. But the staff still its gem and they are so attentive and hospitable! "
