"Overall a decent stay. The balcony overlooking the beautiful sky during sunset was incredible and staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant. Ayala center is right there with mango square nearby, however just not the cleanest city. I’m not much of a party goer and did majority of my shopping in Manila, so Cebu was not a good fit for me. I should’ve did more research to see more of the historical sites, but all required taking a grab or taxi. Decent stay."

"The resort is beautiful & so well maintained. The buffet breakfast is superb, there is so much variety & well curated menu. The staff were professional & always courteous & respectful. We had a fantastic room, adjacent to the pool. The only thing I did not like is the signing of the statement that prohibits the consumption of food from outside the premises. We love our fruits, we were not able to enjoy them while we were at Henann."

"All staff are accommodating.. rooms are nice. Theres massage that they can call high five! Theres security guards at the resort thumbs up. Free transportation to airport. Just the aircon needs to be check in room 9. It’s inside the street. Little - Overall no problem. Excellent. Very nice place. "

"The hotel and staff were great, the gym was amazing, and the surrounding area by Ayala and IT park made it a great location. "Best to avoid. Very old, poor maintenance hotel. The comfort room smells sewage, the floor’s dirty, the bed sheets are dusty, pillows inside covers are gross. I often stay at budget hotel but with good quality. This time, I was unfortunate to stay at almost rotten place. And customer service’s not good. Even an extra bed is just an old folding bed thats almost broken. The parking is not organized. They should first renovate the place before opening it to public. I swear, you can find a lot...
