"Everything is great about the hotel (Food, Room, Location, Service and beach) except for the femal service staff located at the ice cream shop (service differ depending on your skin color). Location can be quite far away from the whale shark location (Took 3 hours to reach there, left hotel and 2am. Took 4 hours to reach hotel due to road traffic)"

"I love my stay because of the staff. They made us feel welcome and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Transportation to and from the airport are great. Easy transport to other places too. Breakfast choices and food are great too! I will love to go back to this property. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Cannot state enough how fantastic the staff was. The property is showing its age a little bit, but it is still in good shape. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic. The dinner buffet which was extra was also great. The room I stayed in was also excellent. The pool was in great condition. Enjoyed spending time in the pool. Short walk to the beach and other establishments on the beach. "
