I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a restful stay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel you can’t go wrong with it!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is new and modern. Newtown is a new modern development, like it's own city, with new roads buildings and beach area. The front desk gives you a wristband to access all the Newtown beach amenities. The pool water is so comfortably warm with swim-up bar stools and yummy drinks.

Everything was great! We had stayed here 4X in the last 2-3 years. The only complaint I have is that the towels and the pillow covers smells like moldy. I couldn’t sleep because I was smelling the pillow’s moldy odors. I had to ask the housekeeper for different towels.

We were a group of 4 rooms and put in different floors and couldn’t go to visit each other.You can go only to your floor.We made reservations for Queen bed and they gave us twin beds, we had to change it. Rooms very small and no place to put your clothes. Stuff very nice helpful.

Pros - nice modern looking rooms - safe storage of bags pre check in - good value for money - walkable to Mactan new town shops / restaurants - don't hear noise from streets as high rise hotel Cons - can hear noise from hallway quite loudly - although they have a smart tv you can't get Netflix on it

Property is nice, staff is friendly and its conveniently located, main issues are that the pool closes at like 6pm, the view from the pool area is not good, and there is no shuttle to the airport, would stay again.

It’s in a very nice developed neighborhood that reminds me of Cancun, where everything is dilapidated passed the property line. Nice developed beach resort nearby. Wish the door staff would be empathize and assist weary travelers assist in retrieving luggages front trunk.

Initial impression is very good, clean and modern looking. When we first arrived, the hot water was not up to snuff and the room refrigerator was not cooling. After I brought this to the staff's attention they had people there within ten minutes to fix issues and they did. The only problem with our queen sized room with ocean view, was that there was no closet or chest off drawers so you literally have to live from your suitcase., Ahhh the staff, simply incomparable, smiles, helpful, congenial, everything you couold ask for and more. Would stay there again.
