Pros: Excellent staff, convenient location, good price. Cons: Very noisy area, and even the AC doesn't drown out the sounds from the road. The shower is designed in such a way that the water flows onto the bathroom floor.

For me, the Amber hotel experience is excellent. When we first arrived, the staff greeted us with their warm smiles and their hospitality. To add that the rooms are clean and the things are in order. The food from breakfast is also great, the chicken is very well seasoned. That’s all I have to say, thank you:DD

Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful, comfortable lobby if you need to wait for anything. Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable and QUIET!😁 Nice plated breakfast.

Pros: Location (few minute walk to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable Cons: Bit noisy from the streets. No complimentary slippers. Rooms are on the small side. Shower design is bad (water gets all over the floor by the sink). No concierge service (couldn't even get change to break a latger bill) Other: Lobby is on the 3rd floor. No bottled water in the room but have water stations on each floor to fill pitcher (provided) or personal water bottles

Friendly staff your room is always serviced every day if you want Only thing is you can hear traffic noise from your room and I had someone play loud music above me at 5 AM also yelling talking loud woke me up wasn't happy made a complaint
