I arrived at the check-in lane and stopped got out of my vehicle to check in. I joined the line and was waiting and security came and told me I had to move my vehicle. I've never had this happen at a hotel while checking in. That's what the check-in lane is for. Then I stood in line for an hour while they checked everyone in. Really really slow service. I got to the room opened the fridge and I immediately saw a roach run out from under it. The grout in the bathroom was grimy and the body wash dispenser was broken. The windows weren't clean so I couldn't enjoy the view either. The suite was large and the bed was comfortable. Dining room staff were great. Right across from the mall so definitely things to do. Would think twice about staying again.

The hotel is in great location, the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend staying there. The only small remark for hotel maintenance staff - please install water pressure regulators. On the top 7th floor, in the shower head, the water pressure and consequently - temperature is unstable.
