"Hotel is in a good location and right next to a mall for convenience. Rooms were spacious but a little rundown. I tried to take a bath the first day and the water was yellow. They said it was because of a broken pipe. Also, the curtains and windows were very dirty and didn’t rise and Lower correctly. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning."

"Although, I believe our room needed improvement as far as air conditioning, more channels, coffee should automatically be given, coffee cups should be there already when the room has been cleared from any mess, it made up for awesome room service. The staff went above and beyond their means to give you an awesome experience with Appleton. My recommendation is to upgrade their rooms, which means the cost may go up per room. That is all. Thanks Appleton for the wonderful service."
