"We had a great time in this hotel, everyday they have plenty of activities. The staff is very accommodating, respectful and friendly, they are always smiling. Daniel from the concierge and Harumi (not sure if I remember his name correctly) and Cris from the restaurant are both exceptionally excellent. The foods, especially from the breakfast buffet are delicious and offered a lot of choices, kudos to the chef and his team! Will definitely be coming back and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you for this excellent experience!"

"This hotel is conveniently located closed to a mall with few steps away to numbers of restaurant selections, shopping. Accessible to banks especially if you just arrived from international countries. ATM available inside the hotel that makes it safe for travelers accessing cash for very minimal reasonable service fees"

"It is a short walk from the domestic and international part of terminal 3 via the parking area but you need to cross a very busy street without traffic signal. The normal taxis are not allowed in the airport area and the airport taxis charge 1650 Pesos (about $30 US) for a 2 minute ride. You can go back to the airport by taking a normal taxi for 150 Pesos. At 10:20 AM on February 9th the guard in front of the hotel insisted we take a taxi that was on the other side of the street and pay about 500 Pesos while a taxi just stopped in front of us and took us to terminal 3 for 150 Pesos. This guard is part of the gang who basically takes bribe from a few taxi drivers. Otherwise we had a great stay. We stayed twice in 10 days. Inbound and outbound."
