"We had a good stay at the Reef with our family. Wish there were a few more food options. Especially as a vegetarian. Would be nice if they offered veggie things at the poolside restaurant. Buffet was good and service at the restaurant was always great. I really wish the entertainment started earlier. We have young kids and unfortunately had to miss out on the entertainment every night because it started at 9 or 9:30pm. Also the earliest you can eat dinner is 6:30pm which is quite late for kids...

"First time at this property, 5th time in Mexico and 2nd time at a Riu Resort (Ocho Rios). The property was beautiful, well laid out and maintained. It was spotless! Check-in was easy and our rooms were ready a couple hours early. The rooms were fresh, clean, no smells and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is a tub in the middle of the room; weird but it made for a good clothes hanger! The beach and pool were perfect. Chair hogs around the pool but plenty of loungers on the beach....
