When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the key reader in the one-bedroom suite wasn't working, and we were given a studio suite. There was a price difference, and we were not offered a reimbursement. The staff was friendly and we loved the breakfast options they offered. The food was delicious and the whole area was very well maintained. "
