"I stayed one night at the lovely property while visiting my daughter who is studying in Florence. The location is ideal as it is minutes from the train station as well as to the duomo. The street is not very busy so noise at night was not a problem. Marco is an excellent communicator. We were able to stow our luggage until the room was ready. Coffee and tea in the room. The bedroom and bathroom are well appointed and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property...

I also like the locker room, it has a lot of space for storage. "Hotel Beatrice is a good, old-fashioned hotel with good, old-fashioned service. I loved the place. It has character, is safe, clean, and with excellent service -- they still provide maps! And the location couldn't be more convenient to the SMN Station and the city center. However, in truth I didn't have a great stay because I slept terribly due to street noise. I have the impression that most rooms are not overlooking the street, so just make sure you don't get a street view. It's nice...
