"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"I messaged the staff about checking in late due to a delayed flight and they were reassuring that there would be no worries. My room was very clean and nice. Perfect location making it easy for us to walk around the city with everything being at most a 15 minute walk. When we checked out the staff offered us to order us a taxi or keep our bags for as long as we needed. VERY friendly. If I come back to Florence I will definitely be staying here. "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a small kitchenette. There was a laundramat on site which was great. It us conveniently located if you have a car. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, a mucrowave, and a cooktop. No oven. "
