"Walking distance to all the sightseeing places in Florence. Friendly staff, especially Lucia at the front reception office, makes the stay memorable! Lucia gave us a quick overview of Florence including the museums, the parks, the restaurants and the Christmas market. This is beyond my past experience at any hotels including Ritz and Conrad which are known for the high quality of services. Thank you!"

On Nov 2024 the tram station near the hotel is not working, there is constructions everywhere, so you must walk at least 15 mins to get to the city center. It didn't bother us. "We really liked the location, the service, and the restaurant (for dinner). We also didn't over-pay as we were visiting Florence during off-peak period (even though the city was bustling!). We struggled with the slow and tiny elevator as check-in and breakfast were on the 5th/6th floor - although we were 'lucky' our rooms were only one floor up. Although the rooms were quite small and my bathroom was tiny, we didn't spend much time in our rooms. The view of the Ponte Vecchio outside our rooms...
