Very close from the big train station, so this hotel is perfect for people travelling around Europe by train. Small, but very cozy hotel m, with super nice staff members. Every single employee there was very nice, and they all had a very caring attitude !

A good place to stay in Florence, walking distance to train station since we travel to pisa for one day, the free breakfast is very good, the only thing i don't like is the wifi signal is really week, i can't use it, and even my mobile has no data from my room, the other place looks fine.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. 5 min walk to the train station. Many restaurant options and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean, staffs were friendly. The property needs some improvements. Good size bed, small bathroom. No desk pr chair. Pretty simple.

It was at a walking distance from the train station, and just a couple blocks from downtown. We had breakfast included, it was simple but good. Personnel was very kind and helpful, specially Ornella who made our check in super easy.
