They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. "Marco was friendly and explained a lot my first night there. Street is fairly busy during the day, you could use the traffic noise as an alarm clock. Room away from the front might be better. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of pastries. Comfortable bed, and good hot water in the bathroom."

"It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. They were available to my every beck and call. I would def stay at this place again. The outskirts of Florence is beautiful. A great place to soar in the country atmosphere "
