Very friendly and accommodating staff. the refreshing cold water and bread snacks available in the lobby is much appreciated specially during the scourging heat in August. The Hotel Atlantic is perfectly located close to the railway station and the principal tourist destinations in Florence. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful The roof top bar offers excellent views and cocktails. However,  our Classic room would have benefited from a refurbishment. The shower in particular and some kind of rail is needed to provide support when descending the two steep steps from the bathroom to the bedroom.

Great location. Can walk from train to hotel. You are a low to walk to Duomo. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great hotel for convenience and floors are tile so clean.
