"Unfortunately we experienced a false fire alarm at 2 am and had to evacuate to the lobby. I understand this is a circumstance unable to be controlled by the hotel directly, however the reaction and organization by hotel staff was less than ideal. After the fire department had left, none of the hotel staff communicated to the guests we could back to our rooms.
