"From the moment we booked this beautiful home until the day we checked out, Shelly was professional and communicative during the whole process! Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time making memories while cookie decorating, puzzling and enjoying the gorgeous yard! The whole house was so clean and the beds were very comfortable! The family room space was perfect for enjoying time together and the living room was used for piano playing of Christmas carols. Many mornings were enjoyed...

"We had a great time at this house. It worked perfectly for our 2 small families that stayed there. It was nice, and comfortable. We enjoyed the back yard quite a bit. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids and dads, and the hot tube was great in the evening. We were going to Universal Studios, and this was an easy 20min drive from the park. Our host was friendly and communicated well. We would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Overall, it was a great place to stay. There was some lack of communication with the property manager. Also, the outlets in the master bedroom was not working during our stay, notified the property manager., but nothing was fixed. All in all—-We had a great time, and everyone had space to relax and enjoy each other’s company."

"The house was new, beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated. The management was very responsive to our every need. Price was reasonable. We especially like the rooftop outdoor space, but did not get much chance to use it during the Palisades and Eaton fires.The neighborhood in NoHo is slightly edgy, but centrally located to many sites throughout Los Angeles. I recommend the installation of a dishwasher."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lilly's home, made even better by the fact my son and his fiancée live just four doors away. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood, convenient to stores, highways and neighboring towns. Nicely decorated, it included a thoroughly stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools, pots, pans, and appliances. There were games, extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. The keyless entry was especially convenient for our group, as it allowed everyone to come...
