My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly."

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."
