"The property was great! The backyard is so nice, with lots of seating option. The room was stocked so well, and had anything you could possibly need, including toiletries, an induction plate/stove, cutlery, and dishes. I had a great stay here and would stay again. "

It is not luxury but neither is the cost soooo….i had to consistently park the car down the street (dropped my disabled husband off in driveway) but i felt safe walking, it was well lit. Questions that i had were answered quickly. The house was conveniently located for who we were visiting and getting on freeways."

"The studio was perfect for my stay. A bedroom separate from the living area and a tiny kitchen that filled all my needs. The neighborhood was great and close to everything too. This is a gem!"

"The space was beautifully decorated and located in a quiet area of Simi Valley. The check-in process was very problematic for me. The extra information requested by the management company didn’t prompt me for a credit card and therefore delayed my process of checking in by four hours. Also, two of the smoke alarms beeped for 7.5 hours before the property manager took care of it. Very disruptive for someone trying to work in another one, trying to recuperate from surgery."

"The unit was exactly as described. Super clean and had almost everything you could want. (My two suggestions would be to add a toaster oven and a reading light in the bedroom.) There's a 24 hour laundry a block away which is convenient, and a Target a short walk from the property too. There's tons of street parking if you have a car. Only complaint was the insane amount of barking dogs the first night I was there. But otherwise would definitely recommend this place and will try to stay here...
