"Exceptional service is just the cherry on top. My niece lost her wallet (with cash. Drivers license and cards) in a trip to Mt Fuji hosted by a different company. "Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though. "

"Hotel limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son pequeñas si lo comparamos con el estándar occidental, pero funcionales y bien organizadas. La ubicación es buena, aunque la caminata hasta la estación de metro (dependiendo de tu paso) toma entre 10 y 15 minutos… y si estás cansado, puede sentirse eterna. Aun así, es una opción práctica y confiable para quedarse en Shinjuku."
