"Our family of 5 stayed in the Superior Family Apartment for 6 which is spacious for us. Room is clean and it's nice to have the toilet separated from the bathroom. I like the dining area and little kitchen as well. The hotel is walkable to many shops, restaurants and stations but it's at a quiet location. Staff is polite and helpful. Everything is great. I personally would love hotter shower though. "

"This is my third time staying here. I appreciate the close proximity of two train stations - Kyobashi and Takaracho. It makes lugging of luggages less of a struggle. As it’s situated at the edge of Ginza and a stone’s throw from Tokyo station, it’s convenient for shopping and food but still away from the main crowd. Not forgetting a Family Mart in the same building. Definitely won’t be my last time staying here. "
