Well, the Twins disappointed but that's another story...Kevin the shuttle driver to Busch was awesome as usual! We walked a couple of times - maybe a mile? Shout out to Charlotte who kept the free breakfast buffet running smoothly and with a beautiful smile!!! "

"I loved the property.The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is seeing bunches of sheets and towels in the hallway upon check-in. It was like 3:15pm. I was on the 10th floor, Rm 1005. Also, there was the same pieces of trash outside the same doors no matter when we went to our room. So the housekeeping definitely needed some help in that area. I was trying to impress my husband and those things stuck out. I'd stay again, but housekeeping needs to do better. The hotel is beautiful and those things cheapen the experience. "
