The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and felt luxurious. My only complaints are the parking was $40/day, and I tried checking in so I could have a mobile key, and set check in time at 4:00pm. The app said I would get a text when the room was ready and I could check in. I didn’t get in until 7 due to some scheduling conflicts and I had never gotten a text that my room was ready, so I had to check in at the front office and didn’t receive a mobile key. Small complaint but was a little disappointing.

It really wasn't great, I expected it to be much better. The room didn't seem very dirty but when I went to the bathroom I could see very nasty stuff in the sink drain, and one of the bathroom walls had stuff all over it. Then I went to bed and the duvet on the comforter had both makeup stains and I think food stains on it. The next morning when I went down for breakfast I waited to be seated for more than 5 minutes and saw no one. By the way this was at 10 minutes after 9:00 a.m. so I'm certain I wasn't too early or late for their breakfast offerings. I will say that the gentleman who worked behind the desk when I checked in was very polite and the man working the valet was also very cool. However I expected I'm nicer and cleaner experience for what it cost to stay there and I won't be coming back.

Great hotel but club room wasn’t open on the Sunday we arrived and Wi-Fi was not free which I think is a bit ridiculous for the caliber of the hotel itself. Otherwise excellent stay, beautiful rooms, and can’t beat proximity to Busch Stadium and Metrolink.
