"The Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. They made the stay pleasant and rememberable. However, our room did not have a microwave and the only place a microwave was available was downstairs in the lobby. This was an inconvenience. Also, there really was not a place to put your foldable clothing. "

"Loved this hotel! Has two full kitchens, and if the weather was nicer, a great outdoor patio area. Only drawback is it's not so easy for handicapped people to get from the parking garage to the hotel. Otherwise the room was great! Real cups. "

"Delayed check in. She was cleaning the pool and I couldn’t find anybody to help. Called the hotel itself and nobody answered. Very friendly staff but only one person on duty it seemed. Bathroom had plaster flaking off wall near tub."

"Everything was great-the one thing that could be improved is that the mattress had soft spots on the sides so I had to sleep in the middle-fine this time since I was traveling alone, but these foam mattresses really suck when they get older. "

"Whole hotel and room were clean, thermostat didn’t work great and neither did the tv remote. Breakfast was ice cold and things such as bananas, muffins and Nutella were never refilled from day 1 of our 3 night stay. My daughter brought a cup of apple juice back to our room and the very next morning there was mold on top. So I’d pass on the free breakfast n take your chances at BK next door. "
