"We stay with Drury a few times a year. This location has always been very good. This trip one of the two elevators was out of service creating a major issue with getting up to and down from our room. We were on the 4th floor. Going up wasn't as big of an issue as coming down. By the time the elevator would stop on our from from the upper floors, the elevator was full and we had to wait yet again. When we were not carrying all of our luggage, we chose to use the stairs to get back down. "
