We arrived to the place and was not clean very dirty even the washroom.

Good, but not great.
The headline reads "Upscale condo with fireplace, near Canadian Broadcasting Centre" but there is no fireplace. The walls are pretty thin and the other tenants were rather loud. The heating is old fashioned radiators with no control over the temp. I have no idea why they put a TV and rogers cable box in there, there was no remote for either one and the TV is mounted to the wall above the couch making it impossible to watch even if the remotes were available.

Not recommended for clean and quiet
I rarely write reviews but I'm compelled because I really thought this place was a misrepresentation. I was met with hostility by the cleaning staff when I checked in early (after having been told by management it was fine) and the common areas and rooms were not clean. Fabric furniture was grubby, walls were greasy around the bed, and dusty. Cigarette butts on stairway leading up to the flat. The two adjacent flats were booked by loud groups of men who were up late into the night and sound really carry. Management was delayed in responding to complaints. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean and quiet flat if you are on business and need proper rest and not feeling like you
