He said prior moving me from my room he will send a team to make a full room investigation to see if there are more. which was fine. No one ever came. "Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and apologetic when machines were down to get my deposit back. Rooms were fairly clean, though could be dusted a bit. But the showers were very clean though, and I loved the huge mirror and counter space. Fridge was nice and cold, and we really loved the water refill stations by the ice machines on each floor.
