"As many Toronto hotels were exorbitant during the Taylor Swift Eras Tour, we were looking for a non airport alternative. There were pros and cons. The pros were that it was not too far from downtown Toronto, it was clean, AC/ heating worked well, we received a free upgrade to a king size bed, people were so friendly, there was a Starbucks literally 2 minute walk and it has an Amazing vintage Elevator! We arrived 9 PM on a Friday night only to be told that the bar was closed and the other...

"The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed in two different types of rooms. Very clean needs some upgrades/fixes in the junior suite we stayed in. The deluxe suite was in great condition. They added extra touches like complimentary champagne, homemade cookies/macaroons and fresh flowers. Has a cute tea room for breakfast and a Gatsby bar for drinks :) Would recommend. "

"Customer service was great. The first room I was given, when I walked up to the door I saw it was open (door had not been pulled shut after cleaning), and there were crumbs on the bedside table so I went downstairs and asked for a new room. They immediately apologized and gave me a new one. The rooms are interesting, small and cozy. There’s a hallway, small kitchen, washer/dryer in a closet, bed and bathroom were clean & tasteful. It felt like a college dorm. I would stay here again."
