"The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year. "Needed a spot to stay before an early flight the next morning. Very clean and communication was good when I mentioned the might be late to checking in. Good location with taxis and places to eat. About a 15min walk to the airport with sidewalks. Shuttle is available during certain hours. Would stay there again. "

"Large and comfortable room, nice and quiet in the island of Murano, with the Museo stop for the vaporetto right at the door. Service was excellent, they had the beautiful detail of gifting me with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday, nice! The personnel at the desk provide you with all info you need. It has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, not sure for lunch. Stan and Ricky from the bar were great and lots of fun, they celebrated my BDay with music and dance. Thank you all!"
