Very close to the sights of Venice and the water bus stop is less than 10 minutes away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. A nice touch was the afternoon tea which was all included as well as the breakfast. A good selection for all tastes. The hotel building is full of character in keeping with the city. The room was comfortable and charming. We would definitely stay here again. "
