"I looked up the Japanese word for “Excellent” and the word was “suguru ta” or “Yuushuu” That is how I would describe our stay at the Prince Park Towers Hotel in Tokyo. My wife and I stayed there for 8 wonderful days trying as much of Japan as we could. And each evening we would come back to our home base and enjoy all that the Hotel had to offer. "This is the first time, that my wife and I have stayed in this hotel. The hotel's location is great, only 3 stations by train to Tokyo, and the train station is only a few minutes away on foot. The onsen is really good, and relaxing to have. One of the best part of our stay was the excellent service provided by your wonderful staff. "We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. "The only reason i didn't enjoyed my stayed was the AC. I was not able to controlled it this, led me to wake up every night. They have a small knob but this only blows a little air."

"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."
