"I liked the hotel. Their service and location close to the railway is good. I have one issue. We were stranded in Zermatt by an avalanche and we missed our first day at the hotel. We called and they held our reservation, but they charged us for two nights instead of the one night we stayed. The delay was not our fault. Zermatt was closed to all traffic because of the avalanche. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "
