"Checked in was a breeze. It was a self checked in and no reception or anything but once you entered your confirmation # from booking, your key to your room will dispense like an ATM card. "

"The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. Never experienced anything like this"
